The system employs PLC frequency conversion intelligent control. High-precision sensors monitor real-time pipeline pressure and feed data back to the control cabinet. When factory water consumption increases, the system automatically improves pump operating frequency to increase water output. When water usage decreases, it reduces speed for energy saving.
Main and standby pumps operate alternately to avoid long-term single-machine fatigue operation. The system achieves automatic start-stop, constant pressure water supply, and fault self-protection, ensuring 24-hour stable water supply from the underground pump house to the entire factory area.
