Factory raw water enters the equipment sequentially. The quartz sand layer removes silt, rust and suspended solids to reduce turbidity. Food-grade coconut shell activated carbon adsorbs residual chlorine, color and organic pollutants. Fine filter layers intercept tiny particles and partial microbes. The system automatically performs regular backwashing to discharge accumulated contaminants, maintaining stable water quality and meeting continuous production demands.
