Equipment Features

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new wastewater treatment technology combining membrane separation technology and biotechnology, and it is an innovation of wastewater treatment technology. The use of membranes has completely changed some basic characteristics of traditional biochemistry. It uses membrane separation equipment to intercept the activated sludge and macromolecular substances in the biochemical reaction tank, so that the concentration of activated sludge is greatly increased, the hydraulic retention time and sludge retention time is greatly shortened, because the concentration of activated sludge is greatly increased, so the refractory substances in the reactor also constantly react and degrade. Therefore, membrane - bioreactor technology greatly enhances the function of bioreactor through membrane separation technology. Because of the different membrane placement forms, membrane bioreactors can be divided into submerged (also called built-in or integral) and external (or split) bioreactors. Due to the high concentration of biochemical sludge, usually 15 ~ 30g/L, the submerged hollow fiber MBR is easy to cause blockage, wire breakage and paralysis. Tubular membrane MBR technology is an external form. The sludge is driven into the membrane tube by water pump, and the membrane separation is carried out under the drive of pressure. The effluent enters the production tank through the membrane, and the sludge returns to the biochemical tank to continue to participate in biochemistry.

MBR technology uses membrane filtration to replace the secondary sedimentation tank in the traditional activated sludge method, which can increase the sludge concentration in the biochemical reactor from 3 ~ 5g/L to 20 ~ 30g/L, and the maximum can reach 40g/L, so as to improve the reaction efficiency, and the effluent is sterile and suspended. And there is no need to consider the sludge settlement and bulking too much. The process flow is: leachate, pretreatment, regulating tank, MBR tank (tubular ultrafiltration membrane), RO and effluent. The main characteristics of MBR are as follows: the main pollutants COD, BOD and ammonia nitrogen are effectively degraded without secondary pollution; 100% biological bacteria isolation; The effluent is free of bacteria and solids; The project covers a small area; Small amount of residual sludge; No deodorizing device; Lower operating costs. Landfill leachate treated by MBR can generally meet the indirect discharge requirements. If the effluent needs to meet the direct discharge standards, RO can be used for further treatment according to different situations.
