Descriptions:
QT-XPJ-01 Silicone defoamer is a kind of concentrated solution which reaches nearly 100% activity and can be diluted. It can reach the persistence of traditional defoamer in a small amount. Normally it is used for conventional surfactant, polymer foaming system. Recommended industries: sewage treatment, industrial cleaning, adhesive...etc.

Using Method:
(1)Defoamer is a mixture. During storage period, it may appear delamination or a little precipitation. This is a normal phenomenon. A little stirring before use is recommended (stirring speed is 30 rpm-60rpm), which does not affect the use effect.
(2)This product can be diluted with thickening water, during the dilution process, the stirring speed is 30 rpm-60rpm, and recommended stirring time is not more than 10 min. Please request the specific dilution method to our customer service department. Our company is not responsible for negative results from incorrect usage.
(3) When this product is used on site, it is recommended to choose the place where the defoamer is easy to disperse
The best dosing point, dosage, dosing method, diluting ratio need to be determined by the customer according to the actual situation of the field test.
Package and storage:
This product is packed in 25 KG,200 KG plastic drum or 1000 tons IBC tank. This product is suitable for indoor storage under 5℃~40℃. The products are not allowed to be placed near the heat source and should be stored avoid exposure and rain as well as being mixed storage with corrosive substances.
Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other material to this product. Store the product as general chemical method. After using, ensure sealing and avoid deterioration.
If burned, it should be dealt with fire extinguishing method as petroleum products.
Under the recommended storage conditions, shelf life is 12 months without opening.
