Product Description
Sodium acetate (Na2CO3) is an organic compound produced by the reaction of ethylene, acetylene, or other hydrocarbons with water, and can be obtained by the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid. Sodium acetate can be used as an emulsifier and also as a chemical reagent.
Sodium acetate has a very strong bactericidal effect and can be used as a fungicide, with significant inhibitory effects on bacteria, yeast, mold, algae, and other microorganisms. When an appropriate amount of sodium acetate is added to the solution, the number of bacteria in the solution will decrease, while the number of yeast and mold will increase.
In addition, sodium acetate is also used for deodorization, anti-corrosion, and other purposes. In the process of sewage treatment, sodium acetate has a good effect in removing organic matter.

Application
Sodium acetate is used as a buffer of flavoring agent and meat preservative in food production.
