Introduction to drilling rig:

 

1. Model GXY-1 drilling rig is a kind of spindle rotatory drilling rig. It is suitable for engineering geological prospecting, solid mineral’s survey and exploration, water discharge tunnel,it is aso could for explore coal mine.
2. It can choose bits, such as diamond bits, hard alloy bits while drilling in accordance with different formation.
3. Light in weight, the rig can be disassembled easily, the biggest apparatus is in 200kg. The whole drill is in500kg, it can be moved easily especially in mountain area.
 
Main features:
 
1. The drilling machine has high input power, high output torque and strong drilling capacity.
2. The output speed range of the drilling machine is wide, which is suitable for both engineering geological investigation and diamond core drilling.
3. The drilling machine is equipped with an open box rotator for easy operation of the orifice.
4. The utility model has an oil pressure feeding mechanism and a ball clamp type clamping mechanism at the upper end of the vertical shaft, which can improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
5. The drilling rig is equipped with active drill pipe, which can realize non-stop reversing, with high efficiency, safety and reliability.
6. The drilling rig adopts the double plate normally closed friction clutch, which is flexible in opening and closing and convenient in operation and adjustment.
7. The gear box of the drilling rig adopts the structure of automobile gear box, with single handlebar speed change and interlock mechanism, which is convenient for operation.
8. The drilling machine is separated from the water pump, and the pump and the drilling machine are separately equipped with power, which can improve the output torque of the drilling machine, especially when entering the deep hole for drilling, there will be no contradiction in the use of the water pump due to the decrease of power, so as to avoid accidents in the hole.
9. The drilling rig is compact in structure, small in volume, light in weight, and the largest part is less than 100kg, which is convenient for disassembly and handling, and suitable for working in hills or mountains.
