This efficient and multifunctional drilling equipment is mainly suitable for drilling wells, agricultural irrigation wells, ground source heat pump wells and other wells, especially for water intake projects in mountain areas and rock formations. The drill can be used for drilling in different formations, with maximum drilling diameter reaching 350mm.
The drilling rig adopts new hydraulic technology, supporting large torque hydraulic motor rotation and large-diameter hydraulic cylinder propulsion. The engine of the famous factory provides power for the hydraulic system. The two-stage air filter and the intake design of the compressed air lead extend the service life of the diesel engine. The unique pump unit design facilitates maintenance and reduces maintenance cost. Centralized control hydraulic console for easy operation.
The main function is to force the circulation of drilling fluid of the drilling machine, timely clean the bottom of the well, carry rock cuttings, protect the well wall, and provide high-pressure power fluid to the screw drill and turbine drill. It is mainly composed of the drilling pump of the drilling machine, the pressure manifold of the surface drilling machine, the drilling fluid solid control equipment of the drilling machine and the mixing device. The drilling pump of the drilling machine is the core of the circulation system and is one of the three working machines of the drilling machine.
