1. Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Generally, the working load during the running in period should not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload should be arranged to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.
2. Observe the indication of each instrument frequently. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time to eliminate it
3. Pay attention to strengthen the lubrication of each lubricating point. It is recommended that during the running in period, each shift should add lubricating grease to the lubricating point (except for special requirements).
4. Keep the machine clean and adjust and fasten the loose parts in time.
5. At the end of the running in period, the machine shall be compulsorily maintained, inspected and adjusted, and the oil shall be replaced.
