ST 350 Pneumatic Drilling Machine FAQ
1. It has different models used for water well drill rig,mine blast hole drill,underground drill project,,etc
2.T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
3.Generally, it will take 7 -10 working days after receiving your advance payment.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
4.Our main machine enjoys a 1 year warranty(except for the hammer), during this time all accessories
broken can be changed for a new one.And we provide videos for machine install and operation.
Oil Filter Element Replacement
1. Unscrew and discard the oil filter.
2. Clean the filter shell by self suction and dredge the front and rear differential pressure through holes.
3. Check whether the differential pressure transmitter is normal.
4. Fill the new filter element with oil and apply a layer of oil on the sealing ring of the filter element.
5. When installing the filter element, screw it until it contacts the sealing gasket, and then manually tighten it by 1 / 3 turn.
6. After startup, check whether there is leakage.
Warning on safety precautions of water well drilling rig
Warnings on safety precautions that must be read and understood by all operators and maintenance personnel of the drilling rig:
1. Before repairing the drilling rig, first close the main air inlet pipe and empty the air path.
2. When the traveling motor is started, pay attention to the forward and backward speed of the drill. When towing, do not stay or walk between the two machines
3. When connecting and removing the drill pipe, the spindle of the rotary head must rotate slowly to prevent the fork and the J-shaped wrench from slipping and rebounding;
4. The jack is only used for leveling the drilling rig and loading and unloading during transportation. It is strictly prohibited to deal with stuck drilling accidents.
5. When the drilling rig is displaced, the drilling rig can only be moved when the carriage is completely upright and fixed with bolts or the carriage is completely flat.
