Calibrating Leak Detector Sensitivity (Core Function)
The calibration leak provides a known and precise leakage rate value.
When connected to a properly functioning leak detector, the instrument displays a detection signal value (such as peak height or current value).
By comparing the "reference value" with the "measured value", the accuracy of the leak detector's sensitivity can be verified, or the instrument's readings can be calibrated to ensure the authenticity of measurement results.
Determining the Minimum Detectable Leak Rate
