Cyclone anti-wear ceramic can improve the wear resistance of heavy medium cyclones. When the heavy medium cyclone works, coal particles, magnetic powder, and water produce strong rotational motion inside the cyclone under a certain power. Accompanied by the huge centrifugal force, a certain gradient density field is formed, and the inner wall of the cyclone is severely worn under the severe scouring of the coal gangue suspension. The most seriously worn parts of the intermediate cyclone separator are the tangent point of the guide cylinder, the lower part of the vertebral body, and the vicinity of the underflow port. Cyclone anti-wear ceramics are widely used because of their super-wear resistance.
Cyclone anti-wear ceramic lined alumina ceramic is a popular high-performance ceramic, which is widely used in various fields due to its high-cost performance. Product Features
1. The porcelain shape is designed according to the shape of the cyclone cylinder, cone tube, outlet tube, and other parts so that the structure is reasonable and has no gaps;
2. It is formed by 100 tons of dry pressing, with high density and excellent wear resistance;
3. The wear-resistant ceramic adopts high-strength viscose and staggered seam pasting process, and there is no linear gap, so the ceramic can be more firmly attached to the inner wall of the cyclone;
4. Paste the ceramics so that the height difference between the wear-resistant ceramics is within 0.5mm, maintain the large tangential velocity of the slurry in the cyclone, reduce the energy loss, and obtain a good classification and concentration effect.
