Product Description

In modern construction, concrete pump trucks, as the core equipment for concrete transportation, rely on their pipeline systems as a "lifeline," which constantly endures high-speed abrasion and high-pressure impact from the sand and aggregate in the concrete. Traditional steel pipes are prone to wear and require frequent replacement, which not only significantly slows down construction progress but also poses safety risks due to potential pipe bursts, substantially increasing overall operating costs.
Therefore, we have specifically developed wear-resistant ceramic pump truck pipes.  With an innovative structure that combines "ceramic core protection + robust steel support," these pipes completely overcome the wear problems of traditional pipes, providing a stable and reliable transportation solution for demanding working conditions, such as super-high-rise buildings and large-scale infrastructure projects.


Product Features

High-Hardness Ceramic Lining: Made with high-purity alumina as the core material, it boasts a Rockwell hardness of HRA90, second only to diamond. Tested by professional institutions, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of traditional manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron, effectively resisting the abrasive wear of concrete particles.
Tough Steel Pipe Matrix: The outer layer is made of 20# seamless steel pipe, formed by stamping.  After high-pressure sealing tests, it achieves a compressive strength of 1300MPa, easily meeting the pressure requirements of various pump truck boom pipes. It effectively cushions pulse pressure and mechanical vibration during pumping, protecting the ceramic lining from cracking.
Precision Fitting Process: A double-fixing process is used to tightly bond the ceramic pieces to the inner wall of the pipe. The ceramic pieces have a smooth transition between them, with a height difference of no more than 1mm, forming a seamless and complete protective layer. The inner wall contains self-lubricating components, resulting in an extremely low friction coefficient, which reduces pumping resistance and energy consumption, and prevents concrete from sticking and clogging the pipe.

Construction of ultra-high-rise buildings: High-pressure pumping and long-distance conveying, requiring extremely high wear resistance of the pipelines;
Large-scale infrastructure projects: Projects with large concrete volumes and long construction periods, such as bridges, tunnels, and hydraulic dams;
Commercial concrete batching plants: Continuous operation scenarios requiring high turnover rate and low maintenance costs;
Special working conditions: Conveying highly abrasive aggregate concrete and high-intensity construction in harsh environments.

The outer tube is made of a high-toughness, low-carbon seamless steel tube, which is formed by hot bending as a whole and can withstand high pressure.

The pipeline is installed smoothly to ensure that the material passes through the pipeline with low resistance, no material blockage, and easy cleaning.

The flange mouth is made of ZTA ceramics, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of weak parts.

The end elbow has a warranty of 60,000 square meters, and the ordinary elbow has a warranty of 120,000 square meters, with outstanding cost performance.


Installation Precautions:
Avoid severe impacts during lifting, especially by preventing damage to the ceramic edges at the ends.
Ensure proper alignment of the pipe centers during connection to avoid stress concentration that could damage the ceramic layer.
Before starting the system, it is recommended to run water through it at a low speed, gradually increasing the pressure to the working state.


FAQ:

Q1:Can your wear-resistant ceramic pump truck pipes be adapted to my existing brand of pump truck?
A1: Yes. Our products have completed compatibility tests with mainstream pump truck brands such as Zoomlion, Sany, Putzmeister, and XCMG.  We also support customization based on the interface specifications of different concrete conveying pumps, such as the HBT30-80 model. Whether it's straight pipes, elbows, or reducing pipes, they can be precisely matched to existing equipment without additional modifications.
Q2:Will the ceramic lining easily detach?
A2: No. We use a double-fixing process to tightly bond the ceramic pieces to the steel pipe base. After repeated impact tests and high-pressure pumping tests, the ceramic lining will not detach or crack under normal construction conditions. If the lining detaches due to non-human factors, you can enjoy our warranty and after-sales service.
Q: What is the warranty period for the product?
A: The warranty period is 120,000 cubic meters of concrete conveyed, and 60,000 cubic meters for the end elbow pipe. Within the warranty period, if there are quality problems such as abnormal wear or leakage caused by non-human factors, we will replace the product free of charge.
Q: Compared with ordinary steel pipes, will using ceramic pipes increase pumping energy consumption?
A: No, it will actually reduce energy consumption. The ceramic lining has a smooth surface with a friction coefficient of only 0.15 (compared to 0.5 for ordinary steel), which reduces resistance during concrete pumping.  Tests show a 5%-8% reduction in equipment energy consumption, further saving operating costs in the long run.
Q: How long does it take to ship after purchase? Do you provide installation guidance?
A: Conventional specifications (such as 125A series straight pipes and elbows) are in stock and can be shipped within 24 hours after payment; customized specifications have a delivery cycle of 3-7 working days, depending on the complexity of the requirements. We provide installation guidance services, and if needed, we can also arrange for a technician to assist with on-site installation and commissioning.
