ELACERA ceramic tile-lined steel pipes use 95% alumina ceramic tiles to protect the inner surface of steel pipelines against abrasive wear. Pipe diameter, ceramic thickness, steel material, and connection type can be customized according to drawings and operating conditions.
Ceramic tile-lined steel pipe is designed for pipelines that continuously handle abrasive powders, particles, and bulk materials.
The outer steel pipe provides structural strength, while the inner wear surface is protected with high-hardness alumina ceramic tiles. This combination helps reduce pipe wall wear in conveying systems where ordinary steel pipes may require frequent repair or replacement.

95% Alumina Ceramic Lining
The internal lining is made from 95% alumina wear-resistant ceramics. Individual ceramic tiles are arranged closely along the inner wall of the pipe and bonded to the prepared steel surface.
For curved or cylindrical surfaces, the ceramic size and layout are selected according to the pipe diameter so that the lining follows the internal geometry as closely as possible.
Staggered ceramic joints can also be used to avoid continuous wear paths along the pipe wall.

Production and Lining
Before ceramic installation, the inner steel surface is cleaned and prepared to provide a suitable bonding surface.
The alumina ceramic tiles are then arranged along the inner wall with controlled joints. Particular attention is given to the pipe ends and transition areas, where poor ceramic layout can create local wear points.
After lining and curing, the internal surface is inspected for ceramic alignment, bonding condition and obvious gaps.
For applications involving elevated temperature, impact, or special chemical conditions, the fixing method and adhesive system should be selected according to the actual working environment.
