Brief Introduction of Slotted Screen Welding Machine:
This slotted screen welding machine adopts resistance welding. "Wire feeding drum" is connected with one of the electric poles of the welding transformer through the carbon brushes; "The copper wheel" is insulated with the "wire feeding drum" and connected with the other electric pole of the transformer. The longitudinal wire of the filter sieve tube is put in the jig of the "wire feeding drum" and drawn by the ball screw through the "wire drawing disk". "the press wheel" presses on the latitude wire which winds on the longitudinal wire. The resistance heat melts the connected part of the wire and the rod and welds them together. The slotted screen welding machine adopts powerful transformer and the welding is continuous. The welding pressure is adjusted by the spring lever. The welding time can be adjusted by the rotary speed.
