600mm Diameter Profile Wire Screen Welding Machine
This type of profile wire welding machine can be used to producing water well screen in water treatment. The solid particles and liquid are separated by the profile wire screen. The liquid flow through the screen and the solid particles roll down.
The equipment running steady and perfect to producing the profile wire screen pipe in good surface finish and roundness with high precision. Wedge wire screen consist of profile wire and support rods with the materials of galvanized steel, low carbon steel and stainless steel 304, 316.
By using the equipment,it has good performance in dewatering applications.The machine is combined by lathe,welding control cabinet, transformer roller and wire press unit.NC control system,servo motor drive, high welding precision. It has high precision of standard welding slot distance.
