The Wedged Wire Screen Water Well Screen Welding Machine/Wire Wrapped Screen Welding Machine is suitable for producing wedge wire screen,Johnson screen,wire wrapped screen in different specificatons. The machines are ideal for making filter tubes of oil filtering,water cleaning and water well filtering,as well as mine mesh,and medical and chemical filters,etc.

1) This machine is of two-axle CNC control, servo motor drive, high welding precision.
2) Two working methods: manual and auto. Under Auto method, by inputting relative data, the machine will work automatically.
3) Very strong self-diagnose function, can display any mis-operation alarms; Alarming error can be seen from displayer.
Wedge wire screen welding machines adopts resistance welding fundamental.
Controlled by the Numeral control system, the servo motor drives the ball screw as well as the drawing disk which is mounted on the straight rail, so the slot clearance can be adjusted by touching the control screen without stopping the machine.
