The wire mesh filter welding machines,developped and produced by us,feature low noise,low energy consumption,steady function,and safety.the electric system adopts Mitsubishi E60.the feeding spindle and the main spindle adopt Mitsubishi AC servo motors and drivers.controlled by the control system,the servo motor drivers the ball screw which drivers the wire-drawing disk.sliding on the straight rail,the wire -drawing disk moves according to the order of the control system.the slot clearance can be adjusted as requirement.the data displayed on the screen can be reset easily.lock-expanding ring is equipped on the machine.after the operator feeds the longitudinal wire,expand and lock the wire with the ring.it saves time and material during unload the filter tube.the machines are ideal for making filter tubes of oil filtering,wtaer cleaning and water well filtering,as well as mine mesh.and medical and chemical filters.
