As an upgraded version of traditional lead-acid batteries, 12N7-4B gel motorcycle start-stop batteries have followling advantages:
1.Outstanding Low-Temperature Starting Capability, Eliminating "Failure to Start in Cold Weather":Even in low-temperature environments ranging from -20℃ to -18℃, they can quickly activate the plate reaction and output stable. The powerful cold cranking current (CCA) can reach:140A
2.Fully Sealed + No Electrolyte Leakage, No Regular Maintenance Required:Gel batteries adopt gel-like electrolytes (formed by combining sulfuric acid electrolyte with silica) and a fully sealed case design, achieving "zero leakage" and "zero volatilization".
3.Moisture Resistance + Corrosion Prevention, Extending the Service Life of Vehicle Components:
Leakage from traditional batteries can corrode motorcycle frames and terminal posts, leading to poor contact and component rust. In contrast, gel batteries are fully sealed with no electrolyte leakage, which can effectively protect the metal components and circuit interfaces around the battery. This reduces electrical faults caused by corrosion (e.g., poor contact of the starter motor, flickering lights) and indirectly extends the service life of the entire motorcycle while lowering maintenance costs.
4.Flame-Retardant + Impact-Resistant Case, Adapting to Bumpy Riding Environments:
The cases of gel batteries are mostly made of ABS flame-retardant materials, which are high-temperature resistant (able to withstand short-term high temperatures above 80℃), corrosion-resistant, and capable of withstanding slight impacts and vibrations during riding. The internal gel electrolyte is in a solid state, which prevents electrolyte sloshing and plate detachment caused by motorcycle bumps. Compared with traditional liquid batteries, gel batteries offer more stable performance and lower failure rates in complex road conditions such as off-road riding and mountain road bumps.
