Introduction of Wire Mesh Welding Machine
1. The mesh width is equal to the length of weft wire.
2. The electric current, the welding time, warp and weft opening all can be adjustable.
3. Raw materials can be galvanized wire, black wire and stainless steel wire.
4. Both longitude wire and weft wire can be fed from wire coils automatically.
5. The mesh length can be set on the counter switch in the electric cabinet
6. It adopts Schneider low voltage apparatus.
7. Wire mesh roll machine is equipped with 8-level adjustable welding transformers to suit different wire diameters.
8. It has adjustable middle cutter to cut mesh in different size.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Technology
The warp wires go through the screw into the sparse board and are fixed in the bottom of electrodes. The weft wires is fed from auxiliary engine continually ,then straightening into the hopper, when weft wires reach the pre-set length , they are been cut off automatically. The machine begin welding continually. The electric cabinet control the welding time, current and the mesh roll length.
