 Full automatic welded wire mesh machine is also called Electric Welded Wire Mesh Machine.This machine produce mesh in rolls.Both of the warp wire and weft wire are fed with roll wire automatically. The raw material is applicable for low-carbon steel wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire. It has advantage such as reasonable design ,low noise, working stably and easy for operation. The width and length of the mesh can be set as customer’s requirement.

2. Both the line wire and cross wire are fed with roll wire automatically.

3. The mesh roll length is set on the electric cabinet. The welding machine will stop automatically when it reaches the length setting in advance.

4. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the electric cabinet.This can ensure the wire mesh solid welding.

5. Wire Mesh Welding Machine can weld different wire diameters and the mesh hole size can be customized.

6. The wire mesh welding machine adopts separate times welding,reduced the load of the power source,making energy efficient.

     The warp wires go through the screw into the sparse board and are fixed in the bottom of electrodes. The weft wires is fed from auxiliary engine continually ,then straightening into the hopper, when weft wires reach the pre-set length , they are been cut off automatically. The machine begin welding continually. The electric cabinet control the welding time,current and the mesh roll length.
