Touch screen and keyboard input panel forms make operation more intellectualized and reasonable.The biggest advantage of this system is that more than 30 kinds of different mesh size can be welded on the same panel. New and high efficiency of welding machine transformer expands welding wire diameter scope. Easy handling and high flexibility and high working efficiency achieve a perfect welding machine.
Wire Mesh Netting Welding Equipment Technology
1. Control system
Panasonic (Japan) PLC program and HMI. Input front-panel is Weinview touch screen, very easy to operate.
2. Holding wire platform
The holding wire platform is used for putting the warp wires. The platform distance can be adjusted
3. Weft wire feeding
Hopper device for weft wires, has large capacity and is controlled by step motor, it works automatically.
4. Slot tunnels for line wire
Slot tunnel device for warp wires, can be adjusted for different wire diameters. This can ensure the mesh aperture very accurate.
5. Mesh pulling system
It is controlled by Panasonic (Japan) servo motor and SMC (Japan) air cylinders.The pulling speed is smooth.
6. Welding electrodes
Welding electrodes are made of pure red copper and chromised bronze, durable, can be used at least more than half year
7. Platform for workers
The platform for workers is strong and easy for worker stand on it to put weft wire .
8. Adjustment plug
Adjustment plug is used to adjust distance of warp wire welding spot and make different mesh opening.
9. Transformers
3 sets water cooling welding transformers prolong the service life.It can guarantee firmless welding.

1. Water cooling electrode: The electrode is made of high chromium copper and a water cooling system is installed at the same time.Extend service life.
2. Weft wire hopper: The capacity of the hopper is very large. Weft wire automatic falling, controlled by stepper motor, accurate falling.
