wire straightening and cutting machine consists of frame, straightening mechanism, feed mechanism, cutting mechanism, linear gun and wire frame and other parts.
Straightening part consists of straightening shaft, straightening pressure block and both ends of the bearing seat to complete the straightening of the wire work. Its power is installed in the lower part of the motor frame, through the triangular tape driven straight shaft rotation.
Wire Straighten and Cutting Machine Application
The wire cutter machine is full automatic. It belongs to mechanical wire straightening machine. There is length positioning device in the wire discharge track. When the wire touches the positioning device, the cutter on the wire discharging track is carried forward by the wire. At this time, the upper cutter coincides with the lower cutter, and the wire is cut off. The machine will repeat the action automatically.
