Our ASTM A519 4130 Oil Well Drilling Pipe is a premium seamless steel solution engineered for the toughest oil and gas drilling operations. Manufactured strictly in accordance with ASTM A519 standards, this drill rod tubing guarantees consistent quality and performance.
Crafted from 4130 alloy steel, it boasts exceptional mechanical properties, including high tensile strength (≥813 MPa) and yield strength (≥690 MPa), making it ideal for withstanding extreme downhole pressures, torque, and vibrations. The chromium-molybdenum composition enhances its toughness and resistance to corrosion, ensuring durability in harsh environments with high temperatures and corrosive fluids.
The seamless construction eliminates weld seams, a common weak point, providing superior structural integrity. Precision cold-drawing ensures tight tolerances, high straightness, and low eccentricity, facilitating easy installation and reliable connection with drilling equipment.
Available in a range of sizes (OD: 2 3/8" to 6 5/8", wall thickness: 0.219" to 0.500") and custom lengths, it suits various drilling needs, from onshore to offshore, shallow to deep wells. Each pipe undergoes rigorous testing, including ultrasonic and eddy current inspections, and comes with mill test certificates (MTC) for full traceability.
