This seamless structure, combined with cold-drawing technology, ensures exceptional dimensional accuracy (outer diameter tolerance ±0.1mm, straightness ≤0.3mm/m) and a smooth inner surface (Ra ≤1.6μm), reducing friction and torque loss during drilling. The cold-drawing process also refines the steel's grain structure, enhancing tensile strength (≥1100 MPa) and yield strength (≥950 MPa) to withstand extreme axial loads, torsional stress, and abrasive geological conditions (e.g., hard rock, gravel, or clay).
