This system is essential for processing light metals, materials with low ignition points such as aluminum and copper, and materials that generate static electricity easily, such as plastic fibers.
Our extraction table uses a CE certified motor, which is energy-saving up to 30%. The motor is brand new and guaranteed for 20 years of design service. On the other hand, other motors in the market do not have CE certification, are made in small factories, and might even use second-hand refurbished motors. As a result, they are prone to break down after about two years of use, not to mention high energy consumption. Our extraction table features a unique ergonomic design that makes it comfortable and convenient to operate. Workers can use it for long hours without getting tired. Furthermore, with our extraction table machine, you get a high-quality special designed cartridge filter as a gift, for each unit of the machine. We also offer a free set of cartridge filters per grinding table per year (with freight borne by the customer) and a full set of spare parts to replace any damaged parts caused by wear and improper use.
Extracting welding fumes using extraction tables is a common misconception. The welding fumes naturally go up at high speed from the bottom, making it impossible to extract it using a standard extraction table. Either extraction tables don't work for welding fumes, or the airflow needed to make them efficient is cost-prohibitive. In this case, please use the extraction table for plasma cutting or a grinding workstation, but not for welding.
The box type side baffle has a unique design that uses micro strip slit holes on the inner wall to prevent splashing sparks from hurting people. It also has a built-in high-efficiency flame-retardant silencing fiber for good sound-absorbing effect. The box type side baffle can be opened according to the shape and length of the workpiece, with a maximum opening angle of 180°.
The proprietary impeller structure and built-in high-efficiency fan ensure high wind pressure, large suction, low noise, and low energy consumption. The workbench has suction vents on the bottom and front to control the dispersion of dust. These characteristics are achieved through simulation calculation.

The drawer type dust collecting box allows for convenient and fast dust removal. It's easy to replace the filter cartridge by rotating it in either direction.
The cabinet body sheet metal is made of high-quality high-strength galvanized plate with electrostatic plastic spraying on the surface. It goes through a multi-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust process, giving it large plate thickness, high strength, firmness, and durability.
The integrated electric control panel comes standard with two groups of industrial socket power supply to meet the use of electric tools. It has a left-hand start-stop position for safe and convenient operation. The standard automatic back blowing and soot cleaning system has a good soot cleaning effect. The three-proof lamp lighting ensures a bright working space. There are standard and explosion-proof models to choose from, depending on the grinding materials.
The device can be customized to meet the voltage requirements of different countries, supporting 220V, 380V, 400V, 480V, etc. It has a scientific ergonomic design with a large knee space that can meet the sitting and standing requirements of operators.
