40t PU Roller Pipe Welding Rotator Self Aligning Turning Roller Rotation Speed Adjustable
The pipe rotator series includes the self-aligned, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types.
This self adjusting pipe rotator is used to weld, polish and assemble the cylinder-shells, and to line the shells with rubber.
It can be aligned by itself according to the size of the shell, it can be controlled with AC frequency converter, and the linear velocity is displayed by the digital.
It has advantages of stepless speed adjust, low noise transmission and stable turning under the welding parameter in the range.
We also can design and customize various types of the tank turning roll in accordance with the customers requirement.
The HGZ40 type self-aligning rotator are widely used in industries as boiler, pressure vessel, chemical petroleum, construction machinery, for inner&outer longitudinal welding and circumferential welding of various seams on tanks. It has merits of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation and can improve the quality of jointing effectively.
