Product Description:

1.120 Ton load capacity welding rotators including one drive unit and one idler unit.
2.Normally we use Diameter 500mm and width 400mm PU wheels, Steel material roller wheels is available for customized.
3.With 2*3kw frequency variable motors, it will ensure the rotation more stable.
4.If the vessels with eccentricity, we will use the brake motor to increase the rotation torque.
5.Standard 120 Ton welding rotator with vessels diameter 6000mm capacity, we also can customized for bigger size according to the end user request.

Features:

1.The pipe welding rollers product has following different series,say, the self-alignment, the adjustable, the vehicle, the tilting and the anti-drift types.
2.The series conventional pipe welding rollers stand is able to adopt to various diameter of job, by adjust the center distance of rollers, via reserved screw holes or lead screw.
3.Depends on different application, the roller surface has three types,PU/RUBBER/STEEL WHEEL.
4.The pipe welding rollers is mainly used for Pipe Welding ,tank rolls polishing,turning roller painting and tank turning rolls assembly of cylindrical roller shell.
5.The pipe welding turning roller machine can joint control with other equipments.

2. Power roller of the welding rotator is driven by double motor. Reducer adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
3. It can joint control with other equipments such as welding manipulator,welding machine, gantry type welding machine and so on.
4. Widely used in industries including wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair.
