Attention please
1. Normally under 60T model we use the Rubber material rollers , upper we use Steel material rollers.
2. If your work piece material is Nonferrous Metals , we suggest PU rollers.
3. Self-aligning tank turning rolls / Bolt adjsutment / Lead Screw adjustment / Fit up rotators all available.
4. If your single pipe length more then 8M , then you should use 1 powered with 2 idlers to support.
Other types option
1. We also supply the self-alignment tank turning rolls and the anti-drift types tank turning rolls.
2. Bolt adjustable tank turning rolls can adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes. So as to adapt to various diameter work piece.
3. Lead screw adjustable tank turning rolls is also available.
4. The roller is mainly used for welding & assembling of pressure vessel.
