Brief introduction:

Purpose: Automatic welding center for circular job inner /outer longitudinal / circumferential seam welding;
Advantage: save human labor cost, constant & assured good welding quality;

Pipe welding booms feature:

Welding boom is kind of auxiliary welding equipment used for automatic welding center.
It can equipped with various welding machine either Chinese or international brand.
Stretching of cross boom adapts AC frequency converter stepless speed control and run with steady speed.
Head equipped with electric cross slides, can adjust position of welding .
Chain break-resistant and anti-slip device in boom to guarantee safety. .
Braking device can ensure column work in safe environment.
Customized manipulator requirements are accepted.
Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and chair ( Optional ).

Description of pipe welding boom:

The welding boom normally used together with welding machine & flux recovery system(for SAW welding).
Its structure including stationary type, the stationary and rotating type, and the all orientation type.
The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control, and also you can select PLC programming controller, which is good in mechanic precise, is accurate in positioning.
We are able to design and manufacture special manipulators for our customers.
The pipe welding boom can be used together with welding rotator or welding positioner.
It is widely used in industries as boiler, pressure vessel, petro-chemical machinery for welding of inner and outer longitudinal seams and circumferential seams.
It has the advantage of in advanced structure,complete function, easy operation, which ensures improving of welding quality.
According to the requirement, it can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device.
