Brief introduction:

• Tank assembling turning roller with work load limit 400t/pair (2idler) using for sections fitup growing prodution line. 
   
• With hydraulic arm support to correct the tank & clear the ellipse deformation itself. 

Description:

• Tank assembling turning roller is including 2unit of idler turning rollers.
   
• Each idler turning roller is composed by 2 hydraulic liftable wheel assembly, pedestal, traveling mechanism, hydraulic arm support system & hydraulic pump station and so on.  
   
• Liftable wheel assembly is including heavy steel wheel & liftable wheel seat.
   
• Wheel assembly is able to fixed on different position on the pedstal, by change the wheel center distance to suitable for diverse diameter tank. 
   
• Liftable wheel seat with hydraulic lift cylinder to lift up the tank, so as to adjust the tank position on vertical & radius direction, in favor of the sections aligning & assembling.  
   
• Hydraulic arm support is hydraulic driven, using to correct the tank ellipse deformation during itself gravity effection. 
   
• Pedestal with traveling mechanism moving on the rail. By changing the pair idlers distance suitable for different length sections assembling.
   
• Operation is completed by wireless remote controller.
