Feature:

The column & booms SAW welder is initially designed to save labor costs especially at lager workpieces

SAW welding head installed at boom end.  Flux recovery system installed at the other end of the boom; 
 

Boom stretch motion uses AC frequency converter stepless speed control,moving with steady speed to ensure welding quality.
 

Auto seam tracker & video surviellance system for automative welding procedure;
 

Pendant controller integrated function button of column and booms, flux recovery system & welding machines depends on welding power source brand; 

Pawl device in boom to guarantee safety once the chain failed and boom dropped down;
