Brief Introduction:
Flour Beating Machine
1. The beater fully mixes the powder and water through a special mixer, which is suitable for high-viscosity slurries
such as tempura slurries. It can be used with other equipment to form an automatic liquid supply system.
2. The machine adopts program control to realize the cycle of high-speed mixing → low-speed mixing → automatic
alarm after the slurry is used to prevent the slurry from settling.
3. The upper motor is used for the beating and mixing to avoid damage to the motor during cleaning. The bottom of
the barrel is inclined, easy to use and clean.
4. The material cylinder body is provided with an interlayer, and the slurry is insulated by putting ice flakes or passing
a refrigerant in the middle (10~20°C).
5. The machine is equipped with an output slurry pump, which can be used with a starching machine to become a
slurry supply machine. Increased automation and easy to use.
Starching Machine
1. The sizing machine is used in conjunction with the automatic breading machine, or it can be used alone. It can
starching products such as hamburger patties, chicken McNuggets, fish-flavored hamburger patties, potato patties,
pumpkin pie, meat skewers, etc.
2. The starching machine automatically completes the sizing process of the product, and it can be thin or thick. The
product passes through the upper and lower mesh belts, and the slurry is covered with slurry. The sizing product is
air-drenched to prevent excessive slurry from being carried into the next process.
3. Multi-purpose, wide range of applicable raw materials and abundant products. Can be connected to beater, bread
crumbs coating machine, forming machine, frying machine and other equipment.
