Gold-plated phosphor bronze spring contacts mate with the inner conductors of coaxial cables for RF high-frequency signal transmission.
The gold plating prevents oxidation and delivers low impedance, compatible with high frequencies up to 56 GHz.
This ultra-fine RG1.13 cable features Teflon insulation with 7-strand twisted conductors, foamed PE/PTFE dielectric to maintain a constant 50Ω characteristic impedance.
It adopts double-layer shielding: full coverage inner aluminum foil plus outer high-density copper braid, which acts as the RF ground wire and is crimped conductive with the IPEX connector shell to suppress signal interference.
This cable is used for:
1. Built-in FPC flexible antennas (laptops, routers and smart devices)
2. Ceramic GPS dielectric antennas (vehicle T-BOX and positioning terminals)
