This is a high current power + low voltage signal integrated product. It can simultaneously support high-power charging power supply + battery communication/ signal transmission. Two main power pins can carry a current of 60 A, with contact resistance < 0.8 mΩ. The connector housing is made of PA66 material, UL94 V0 grade., capable of stable operation from -20 °C to 120 °C. Two auxiliary signal pins carry weak current signals with a rated current ≤1 A, used for signals such as BMS communication, temperature detection, balancing sampling and status feedback. Power and signal terminals are physically separated and isolated, so high-power charging pulses will not interfere with sampling and communication signals.

This cable is compatible with drones, portable energy storage devices, electric balance scooters, robots / AGVs / mobile chassis, vehicle DIY power supplies, etc.
