When color sorter machine is working, the materials in hopper is uniformly distributed into each chute by the vibrator. While the materials are dropping,the CCD signal is testing. If the cameras catch there are unqualified materials or impurities through colors in the mixed materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods into the hopper.So it wil reach to our aims.
