Working principle CCD color sorter CCD digital camera to material is adopted signal acquisition.Analyze the collected signals, handling, comparison, to eliminate beyond the value of the material.
Color selection process as shown:
Color sorter at work,Feed hopper in the material under the action of vibrator is uniform distribution in each chute,The CCD signal of the whereabouts of the material in testing,If it is found that there are unqualified material or impurities in the material,The startup ejector to blow the defective goods in the hopper.(Above only for the working process of the diagram,The actual material shall prevail.)
