Ideal for vacuum casting or APG processes, it ensures reliability in critical indoor electrical components.

Q1: What is the mix ratio for LE-9219K/LH-9219K?
A: Standard ratio is 100:100 pbw (resin:hardener). Filler (silica powder) added at 300-380 pbw.
Q2: How should the hardener be stored?
A: Store in sealed containers at 6-35°C. Avoid moisture exposure. If crystallized, preheat to 70-80°C and stir before use.
Q3: What curing process is recommended?
A: Two options:
Vacuum Casting: Cure 70-80°C/3-5h + 90-100°C/2-4h; Post-cure 130°C/12h.
APG: Mold temp 130-160°C; Post-cure 130-150°C/10-12h.
Q4: Is this system suitable for outdoor use?
A: Designed for indoor electrical insulation only. Hydrophobicity class HC1 (IEC TS 62073).
Q5: What safety measures are required during handling?
A: Mandatory: gloves, goggles, protective clothing. Use ventilation (3-5 air renewals/hour). Avoid skin contact--wash immediately if exposed.
