LE-9214G is a modified BPA (bisphenol A) epoxy resin, paired with LH-9214G, a liquid modified carboxylic anhydride hardener. This insulation epoxy resin is a top choice in the power industry for high voltage insulators.
Ideal for indoor use, this epoxy resin is suitable for medium and high voltage electrical insulators, including transformers and various insulation products.
The material can be processed using a conventional gravity casting method under vacuum or through an Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) process. The production methods can be adjusted to align with the client's existing manufacturing practices.
This two-component system is a saturated cyclic epoxy resin without pre-mixed fillers, remaining liquid at room temperature. It offers excellent thermal shock resistance, superior environmental stability, and exceptional mechanical and dielectric properties.
