Ferosol Series of Westpeace Fire Investment Holdings Ltd is a unique fire extinguishing device that would work both independently connecting to JR11 thermal activation generator with JR10 control box and in a fire suppression system. This product offers a wide range of application including total flooding and direct to source suppression. The fire is suppressed simultaneously and effectively by the approved Ferosol generator activated by JR10 control box. Low weight and low required space as well as easy installation enable the customer high flexibility and perfect integration by using different application fields to suppress the fire. Application: FS0050 is suitable for extinguishing fire in following small volumetric enclosures: 1. All Kinds of electrical cabinet like wind turbine generator control cabinet, railway signal cabinet, CNC machines etc. 2. Vending machines, ATM cabinets,and all small enclosed rooms. Wide range of set temperatures variant with external linear heat cable, 70ºC/85ºC/105ºC 5. No pressure storage, no pipe working 6. Automatic and manual operation with necessory accessories Operation Instruction: Please strictly follow below steps when using: 1. Caculate the quantity of FS0050 fixed fire extinguishers to be serially connected according to the volume of protected enclosure; 2. Embed and reliably fix the activation box into serially- connected fire extinguishers using 2-M4 screws; 3. Connect the connection terminals of JR10 or JR11 control box with corresponding ports of connection terminals of neighboring fire extinguisher using wires. Activation methods: Depending on specific requirement, FS0050 devices can be activated in manual and automatic ways. 1.Manually The FS0050 is connected to a DC power. In the event of a fire, alarm button is pressed firstly to alarm personnel to escape from protected space. Then press manual release button 30s later or protected space is unoccupied. 2.Automatically The FS0050 is connected to a compatible Releasing Device Fire Alarm Control Panel, RDFACP. In the event of a fire, fire detection initiating devices will activate triggering the RDFACP into the alarm condition. The RDFACP will in turn activate the connected notification appliances and after a preset delay will activate the Releasing Device Circuit, RDC activating the connected FS0050 units. RDFACP also include an abort circuit. This circuit provides the opportunity to abort discharge during the preset delay between activation of the notification appliances and activation of the release circuit. Arrangement Required FS0050 devices should be installed according to the following spacing schedule to assure proper coverage and effectiveness: The maximum and minimum protective length of one FS0050 is 2m and 0.5m. If theprotective space is higher than 2m, more FS0050 devices will be needed to make sure that there's one in every 2 meters (See figure 9-4). If the protective space is lower than 0.5m, it will need to put down FS0050, see the right picture. The maximum protective area is 2m2 . If the area of protective space is larger than 2 m 2 ,it will need more FS0050 to make sure that there's one in every 2m 2 . About Us
