Equipped with a PLC programmable control system and human-machine interface (HMI), all key parameters such as cleaning time, temperature, and process sequence can be precisely set and monitored.
A built-in circulation filtration system and hydrocarbon solvent recovery system ensure solvent purity, stable cleaning quality, and solvent reuse, reducing operating costs. Servo motor positioning guarantees accurate and reliable up-and-down movement, while automatic temperature and liquid level monitoring with alarm functions enhance safety.
This system is ideal for continuous, fully automatic industrial production lines requiring high cleanliness standards.
