The Blue Whale wafer with robotic arm fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of six main systems: mechanical transmission, ultrasonic, heating, drying, water supply/drainage, and electrical control. Using PLC control for easy operation, the system allows convenient parameter adjustment and process flow modification through program changes.
This precision cleaning equipment uses water-based cleaning agents to clean precision workpieces. The system prepares low alkaline cleaning solution with clean water, activating water through saponification to reduce surface tension and improve activation capability, effectively removing oil, dust, and debris from workpiece surfaces.

Cleaning Results
Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Preparation: Ensure the cleaner is clean and free of debris. Fill the tank with appropriate cleaning solution and plug into a grounded outlet.
Loading: Place items in the provided basket or tray, ensuring they don't touch each other or the tank sides to maintain cleaning effectiveness.
Settings: Set cleaning time and temperature according to cleaning solution instructions. Use lower temperatures and shorter cycles for delicate items.
Operation: Turn on the ultrasonic cleaner and run for specified cleaning time. Use degassing function for a few minutes before starting the cleaning cycle if available.
Unloading: After completion, turn off the cleaner and remove the basket. Rinse items thoroughly with clean water to remove cleaning solution residue.
Maintenance: After each use, empty the tank, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Store in a clean, dry place.
