Product Technical Details
Blue Whale wafer with robotic arm fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of six main systems: mechanical transmission, ultrasonic, heating, drying, water supply/drainage, and electrical control. Utilizing PLC control for easy operation and online monitoring system for parameter adjustment.
This water-based cleaning equipment features suspension transportation with multi-position functional tanks forming a continuous cleaning production line to remove oil, dust, debris and other attachments from workpieces.
As precision cleaning equipment, it uses water-based cleaning agents with low alkaline solutions to activate water (saponification), reducing surface tension and improving cleaning effectiveness for satisfactory rinsing results.
