The core of the system features a removable vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) mounted on a central trolley, allowing for rapid maintenance and easy isolation without de-energizing the entire busbar. • Metal-Clad Compartmentalized Design: The cabinet is strictly divided into four independent compartments: Busbar, Circuit Breaker (Trolley), Cable, and Low Voltage (Relay). This ensures that a fault in one section is contained and does not spread.

• "Five-Prevention" Safety Interlocks: Includes mandatory mechanical and electrical interlocks to prevent:

  1. Closing the breaker while in the test/disconnected position.

  2. Opening/Closing the earth switch with the breaker energized.

  3. Moving the trolley while the breaker is closed.

  4. Accidental entry into energized compartments.

• High-Strength Al-Zn Coated Steel: The enclosure is constructed from imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, which are CNC-processed and bolted for maximum structural rigidity and superior corrosion resistance.
