Main Features:

The machine is mainly composed of machine body, eletric wrench, rotary table, drive system, centering and locking device, initial positioning device, positioning mechanism, eclectrial control system and etc.
Assembly process: first lift the pre-assembled wheel with brake disc onto the rotary table, the rotary table will automatically position and expand and fix the wheel bore, then the plug of the initial positioning device will stand against the brake disc surface, the brake disc will rotate slowly with the rotary table, the plug of the initial positioning device will be inserted into the bolt hole under the force, at this time, the rotary table will stop rotating and the wheel brake disc is completed the initial positioning. After that, the rotary table together with the lower table rotate to the bottom of the electric wrench, and the bolts on both sides of the platform are clamped before the electric wrench is started, the bolts in the bolt hole shall be first butted. After the electric wrench is jacked, the electric wrench moves down and starts to assemble the screws bolts. After a pair of bolts are assembled, the rotary table rotates to go for the assembly of next pair of bolts according to the pre-programmed sequence until all the bolts are assembled. After the bolts are assembled, the rotaty table returns to the original position, and the assembled wheel brake disc is lifted out to complete the assembly work of the wheel and brake disc.
The machine can automatically position the wheel, no need manually rotate the wheel to fit the machine.
The machine has the function of automatic positioning and clamping. One time loading to complete all the bolts' assembly automatically.
Only one operator required to complete the whole assembly work.
Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control and monitor the operation.
Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
