The wheelset presses are mainly used to mount and dismount the elements on the axle (wheel discs, brake discs and bearings etc). With single and double cylinder version available for option and capacity range from 200 to 800 tons.
Application Scope:
This single cylinder wheel press is used to press-on and press-out the wheelset wheels. With Curve recording system. It needs to reverse the axle to mount or dismount the other side after one side wheel operation completed. A high-pressure oil injection pump is available for option for easy wheel pressing-on and pressing-off.
