1. Full width pavement seamless detection
It is very common for highway vehicles to cross the lane or drive against the lane line during normal driving. In order to avoid detection, out of gauge vehicles will deliberately use the method of low-speed edging and pressing the sensor seam to drive, so that part of the tires leave the weighing carrier, making the data inaccurate to avoid detection. The weighing equipment can accurately weigh the vehicles that cross the lane and the vehicles that press the line, with the error not exceeding ± 5%.
2. Test data transmission
After the total weight of vehicle and cargo, number of vehicle axles, on-site photos, vehicle license plate and other relevant information are processed on site, they are transmitted to the background data server through the operator network or optical fiber direct connection. The road administration personnel can master the traffic conditions of vehicles through the internal network.
