This is Lebus split‑sleeve rope groove matching PD15B‑04G winch drum, made of Q355B high‑strength steel. It is designed for 15.875 mm (5/8") steel wire rope. The groove bottom diameter is φ270 mm, groove pitch 16.73 mm with 20.5 grooves. It adopts left‑hand 65° double‑folded Lebus groove profile. The rope enters through the drum body. The sleeve is fixed by plug welding, and coated with zinc‑rich primer for anti‑corrosion. With split‑sleeve design, it can be mounted on existing winch drum directly instead of replacing the whole drum, realizing neat and ordered wire‑rope spooling.
