The LBS Polymer Nylon Lebus Split Sleeve is a bolt‑on grooved drum liner specially engineered for offshore and marine winch systems. This right‑hand 55° Lebus groove sleeve features 9.8 mm groove pitch, 91.5 groove turns and Φ390 mm groove base diameter, designed for wire rope diameter 9.57‑9.76 mm. Made of high‑performance polymer nylon material, the split‑type structure can be directly bolted onto the existing drum body, no need to replace the whole drum assembly. It optimizes multi‑layer wire‑rope spooling performance and effectively avoids rope biting, messy winding and rope extrusion damage during equipment operation.
