Fabricated from Q355B high‑strength steel plate, the drum undergoes post‑weld stress‑relief aging treatment to eliminate welding residual stress, improving structural stability under repeated heavy‑load operation.
The Lebus double‑folded rope groove features left‑hand 60° layout with 12.76 mm pitch. It guides wire rope to wind neatly across multiple layers, effectively solving common troubles including rope overlapping, rope biting and premature wire‑rope wear.
Supplied as a full‑finished assembly, it comes with shafts, end flanges and complete standard fasteners for direct installation.
