This drum sleeve is fabricated from Q355D steel, featuring 60° left-hand rope grooves and bolted connection for easy assembly and disassembly. This Q355D drum sleeve is a split rope groove component for crane winch drums. It adopts bolted connection for assembly, which eliminates the need to replace the whole drum and greatly reduces equipment maintenance coats. The precisely machined 60° left-hand rope grooves can restrain the steel wire rope in order, preventing rope tangling, squeezing and biting, so as to extend the service life of wire rope. The epoxy zinc-rich primer coating on the surface resists corrosion in humid and dusty environments such as outdoor sites, ports and mines.
